That gap between intention and action? I might get curious about Mars, Saturn, Mercury, the 6th house, or what else is going on in your chart around action, pressure and initiation.

That tension between having a need and believing it warrants accommodation? I might look at the Moon, Saturn, the 6th house, or aspects that make me curious about need, permission and usefulness.

That uncertainty around what's inherent and what's been learned? I'd be interested in the Sun, Moon and angles, but also what Saturn, Neptune or the 12th house are doing. There may be something much less obvious that catches my attention instead.
Sometimes I’ll end up somewhere completely different.

Hypnotherapy and a whole lot of somatic and subconscious change work followed. I went from being a practitioner to training other practitioners too.
